RETURN AND EXCHANGE
I. The customer has the right to refuse the receipt of the goods requested by him for purchase according to art. 125 and art. 126 of the PPE when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:
1.1.1 The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be established by a simple inspection;
1.1.2 The price, which the Customer should pay for the goods, does not match the price due. Final shipping cost, determined at Speedy's office;
1.1.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the requested purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be ascertained at the time of delivery.
The customer has the right to request a size or item exchange, appearing in his original order. In this case, it is necessary to declare his desire, in writing (by email) or orally (by phone), within a period not longer than 7 working days at address:
2.1.1. The customer has the option to return or exchange a purchased product through www.kamtex84.bg within one week from the date of receipt.
The reasons for this may be as follows:
•Resize
• Dissatisfaction with the commercial appearance of the product
• Change of decision regarding the purchase made
2.1.2. Under the conditions mentioned above, the transport charges are borne by the customer. In case of an error on the part of www.kamtex84.bg, the transport charges are borne by the latter. When replacing, the new model is sent to the customer after the already purchased one is returned. When a product is finally returned, the customer receives back the amount he paid by bank transfer within one working week.
2.1.3. The request for the return of the goods must be submitted in writing to the email address specified by www.kamtex84.bg for correspondence, within a period not longer than 7 working days, from the date of receipt of the order. The request must contain: the three names of the customer/account holder,contact phone number,customer's personal bank account, to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded
2.1.4. The goods must be in good merchantable condition, original packaging, with original labels, unused, clean, no side smells (like creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke)
2.1.5. The goods must be accompanied by the original documents, issued by www.kamtex84.bg - invoice, cash receipt, warranty card (if one was issued);
2.1.6. www.kamtex84.bg reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer, in case of violation of one or more conditions for returning goods.
